My wife and I went to Starbucks today to get drinks. She ordered a coffee, and I ordered a strawberry drink. My wife is pregnant and very sensitive, so she was very clear with her order. She requested a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino without whipped cream because she is allergic to it and cannot have it during pregnancy. I went to Starbucks today to purchase a coffee and enjoy my experience. I was very clear with my first order and explained exactly what I wanted. I also left a tip, and the staff confirmed my order by saying “okay.” However, the drink was not made correctly. I returned and paid again to have the drink remade, but once again it was completely different from what I requested. The workers here are so lovely. I feel welcomed anytime I stop by and they’re kind and attentive. It’s my favorite Starbucks to visit because of the amazing people who work here!
