We had to call corporate today and spoke with David to report a young caucasian woman with glasses at the drive thru window today. Wish we had gotten her name, because we've only seen her one other time. David was sympathetic, empathetic, professional, kind, understanding and patient, like most of the employees at the 8137 Brook Road location, but it takes one bad apple! My husband had asked for a carrier and bag, which he never has a problem getting, but this girl insisted that it's only for pick up and went on to tell him ... read more
