Stopped in while charging my car. Mobile ordered a tea and protein box. They marked my order as ready - so I waited for my name to be called, I received my tea. Waited another 20 min for my protein box. I then asked a lady behind the counter about it, she said she couldn't help me and I'd have to wait in the order line. I do that only to be told they don't have the item I ordered. Why would my order be marked as "ready" in the app and no one here say anything u til I ask? That's ridiculous to me. Long wait for service and unfriendly staff. Store and bathrooms were messy Trash overflowing. The store was busy but rude service is inexcusable. This was not the first time we've had bad experience at this Store. A few days ago, we stopped by with friends at 5:00 in the afternoon and they didn't have brewed coffee because they had already cleaned the machines. They made Americanos instead and charged us the Americano price. This store desperately needs a trainer to work with staff.
Disgusting and filthy Overflowing trash. Filthy floors. No TP. Very slow.
Again, Laurinburg manage to mess up. I mean Starbucks just launched the new Strato Frappuccino and I can't order 1 because they're sold out of all 3 flavors🤦♀️
