Apparently at this Starbucks location, they can serve Hot Coffee, but not Hot Water. Go Figure! I stopped by this location on a cold Sunday Night and asked for a cup of Hot Water. The barista handling customers responded with "they are not allowed to serve Hot Water b/c it's a liability issue." She went on to explain that no Starbucks is supposed to give a customer a cup of Hot Water, but it's up to the discretion of the Starbucks location as to whether or not they will. They had run out of two breakfast meals by 9:00 am.
The staff Was rude very unfriendly and messed up my order up twice for one cup of coffee I will never return to this place!
