My drink was good don't get me wrong! I'm just not understanding how I paid for a large and got a small... Didn't realize till I got back in my car but I didn't want to go back in... They made my drink to good to charge me for a large and only give me a small! Very upsetting if I do say so myself!
They close off the bathroom 2 hours before closing the store. “Closed for the rest of the night”

I am not really good when it comes to ordering at Starbucks. But the young lady( sorry I forgot to get your name) got my order right when she realized I needed a hot drink in this rainy cold day. You seriously made my day. Me and my husband really appreciate your gesture. Thank you once again. 2/16/2026 she was there between 3-330pm. Her customer service was top notch 👍
