I had the rudest service by this one guy, he was asian and short. There was no one else on the bar and after I placed my drink order at the counter, this guy was on his phone for 5 minutes doing nothing when there was no other customers. Stopped at this Starbucks location to get a water. When I asked for a cup of water, one of the employees (older white guy) told me they don’t do that anymore. I then asked if I could purchase the cup of water, assuming that maybe that was the issue and I was told that it didn’t work that way either. So I then asked if I could purchase a BOTTLE of water, which should’ve already been suggested or recommended by this point anyways because obviously I needed water.
