"Sold out after 5 people—no purchase limits!" Absolutely terrible experience for the Starbucks x Peanuts drop this morning. The store didn't set any limits per person, so the first 5 people in line walked out carrying 3–4 big shopping bags each and cleaned out the entire inventory. The rest of us waiting in line got nothing, still 8 ppl ahead of me and only the plushies left. Total mismanagement of a limited launch—huge disappointment!
I had the rudest service by this one guy, he was asian and short. There was no one else on the bar and after I placed my drink order at the counter, this guy was on his phone for 5 minutes doing nothing when there was no other customers. I had to let him know I was in a rush for my appointment for him to finally have a sense of urgency and make my drink Not only did he make it completely wrong, he used the wrong milk which went against my allergy restrictions and I couldn't even do anything about it because I was already lat... read more
