Stopped at this Starbucks location to get a water. When I asked for a cup of water, one of the employees (older white guy) told me they don’t do that anymore. I then asked if I could purchase the cup of water, assuming that maybe that was the issue and I was told that it didn’t work that way either. So I then asked if I could purchase a BOTTLE of water, which should’ve already been suggested or recommended by this point anyways because obviously I needed water. The manager Anthony was very gracious to give us a free drink when he overheard us that we might have mostakenly ordered the smaller size drink.
