I usually try to avoid this location because the customer service hasn’t been the best in the past. Most of the time it feels like you’re bothering the employees just by being there, and the attitude can make the experience pretty unpleasant. I normally never leave reviews, but after my last visit I felt like I had to. I came through the drive-through, and the experience was completely different thanks to Wendy. I love this location! That staff is all great and my coffee is super consistent. Annie and Sammi are absolutely amazing and make me feel so welcome and valued.

I had placed an order through mobile app and it was a match and a refresher, I went in and they only had the refresher ready. I waited 10 minutes and walked up to them and they had the matcha forgotten in their counter and never put it in the pick up section. It was all watered down and didn’t even apologize for the wait time
