Stopped to get an unsweetened black tea and one of the butterfly lemonade things. They were out of black tea at 7 pm and the lemonade which usually has tons of boba had nearly none. Would avoid this location
Best employees of carpentersville hands down best Starbucks location as well, Esme always your order the way you want it
Needs more training barista and manager. A venti iced coffee was ordered and got a grande size drink in a venti cup that they assured that was ordered. We expressed that was not a venti cup size drink barista assured that it was and manager did nothing to fix barista mistake.
I went to this Starbucks to make a quick trip, For mocha chip goodness in frapp form to sip, The line was short and my name went astray, They called out Brain, "Close enough" I say... I grabbed my drink with chocolately cheer, Brain freeze hit fast, but i'd still come back here, Wifi was rockin' and the service was quick, A few extra napkins could have done the trick... My visit was good with caffeine boosted cheer, I enjoyed my drink and the service with flair, Energy now high, I can enjoy my day, And think of the next time... read more
