The staff spends more time talking to each other than helping customers. Always waiting when I come in
i waited in line for 15 mins when my order says it would be ready in 5 (i’ve gotten yelled at by them for coming not when it says it will be ready) i paid for carmel drizzle and carmel crunch making the drink 10$ i didn’t get either of that and it’s not the first time this has happened.
Nice and clean store. The staff were friendly and the drinks were good.
