Bad Matcha experience at this location
There is an absolutely wonderful strawberry blonde, woman, who works at this location that has the most WONDERFUL customer service. She tended to me and my toddler and my company and was so kind and so accommodating. I can't remember what her name is, but if the employer is watching, please, please, PLEASE, appreciate her and recognize her. My child and I both have autism and the way she recieved us was everything. I hope she has all of the best days ❤️
I order my coffee about 10 minutes before I go to pick it up and it is never ready even though it says a 3-6 min wait. A bit frustrating when I go to grab coffee on break and it takes a good 15 minutes before they start it! Wait times should be updated and accurate!
Jasmine is so sweet and so helpful! Always makes my drinks amazing!
