Took 20+ minutes to get my full order. I received my drink and waited for my food for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or asked what I was waiting on. The young Asian woman at the oven was talking and working super slow. She had probably close to a dozen sandwiches and brought them over at all at once. I had to ask if she had my sandwich while she was slowly organizing the orders. Frustrating experience.
Great place for a good coffee. It is a bit expensive though.
It took over 5 minutes for someone to take my order when only one other person was in there… I asked for a cup of ice or ice water and they said I would need to purchase something else. worst customer service I have experienced.
I've been a Starbucks customer since l was seven years old. It's been part of my family's life for decades, and I even used to work for them. But what happened to me at the La Costa location on March 15, 2025 was one of the most humiliating and emotionally traumatizing experiences l've ever had at any business.
