Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. Some staff are rude, cleanliness has deteriorated, and customers are pressured far too much for tips. Management needs to improve both service and upkeep.
This starbucks sucks...the food seems old, taste like plastic. employees seen like upset all the time or annoy....at least the ones from early morning shift
Forgot what good coffee taste like until I stopped at this place on my way to work!
