Nearly every time I have ordered here, they've given me the wrong item.
Stopped by the Starbucks on W Main St in Carmel, and it turned out to be a solid location overall. The store itself is surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to sit and a nice, open layout. Restrooms were clean, which I always appreciate, especially at a busier spot like this. For how busy it was, the place was packed, but the staff clearly had a system that kept everything moving.
