We were camping at a nearby park and stopped by this location to get coffee. When I opened the cups, they were less than half full, which was very disappointing. Since we were already far from this place, I went to another branch, but they told me I had to come back to this exact location for a refund or to get the coffees remade. When I came back here, they said they couldn’t do anything and couldn’t issue a refund at all. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor customer service and no accountability.

Got handed the wrong size drink and the kid making it decided to mix it into a bigger cup and add a bunch of random stuff. The worst tasting latte I’ve ever had
Complete incompetence here. Go somewhere else if you have time. Ordered 3 drinks and 2 food items. Server at drive through tried to give me two drinks (one completely wrong) and one incorrect food item, we went over the order again and he started arguing with me that I ordered something other than what I order EVERY TIME I go to Starbucks. So in the end he left the cream and sugar out of the coffee, left the lemonade out of the black tea/lemonade and forgot the food items.
