Needed to use the bathroom before i ordered. The girl refused to give me the code to the bathroom till i placed my order. I do love the strawberry chai.
I was a paying customer today and went to use the bathroom and found it had a pin pad on it. I had to wait in line to get the pin code, which was 6 digits and hard to remember. Super unhappy the lengths that Starbucks is going to save next to no money while inconveniencing their loyal paying customers. Even if I hadn't been a paying customer today I am a loyal customer and should be able to stop and use the bathroom without buying something if needed. Also who wants to have to type a code in on a bathroom door handle, gross.
