I always order an iced coffee or frappuccino from Starbucks. Today I wanted a hot brewed coffee. Never having a hot coffee from Starbucks, I didn't know what would taste good. I asked the cashier(assistant manager) what would taste best for hot brewed coffee since I never had it. She suggested adding a flavor syrup with cream and sugar. I chose caramel with the cream and sugar. Let me tell you! It was so good! Great suggestion!!
This place needs some serious work. There’s 3 people at all times yet nobody is doing their job, just standing around watching 1 person make drinks. Why is there ALWAYS a wait on mobile orders? Whoever manages this location needs to get involved, because it’s a complete joke right now. Got a line of 4 people waiting for drinks and two baristas just standing there looking at us, wiping counters or playing on their phone. The staff is mostly friendly, and the drinks are inconsistent. However Its very nice to be able to get my coffee while shopping. The area is always clean. The cups are always displayed nicely, (a bit expensive) . Order on the App is much faster.
Use the mobile order app!!!!! It's so nice to just walk up, grab my already-paid-for drink, and go shopping. Also, it's a half-starbucks, so I don't expect the best coffee ever, but the matcha lattes are so bad it's hilarious😂 Also, there's one lady who is really good at being a barista, and I appreciate her for telling me I can get a frappé without coffee because I was pregnant💜
