I’m here almost every morning on my way to work, the workers are always so kind they always have a smile. My order is always correct and never takes long to be ready!!
Went there to get my mom a coffee after her heart appointment and the young lady at the drive thru was very nasty and rude. When I told her she was being rude she flicked me off very unprofessional also when I called to speak to a manager she hung up on me so called back multiple times no answer once again unprofessional. This location is 50/50. Nice people, nice atmosphere, amazing location. It's the execution of order details. Can't tell you how many times, over last 10 yrs, that I've had to take coffee back because the order wasn't right. Completely understand everyone is human and we all make mistakes, but it's really frustrating. Kinda scratching my head wondering why location asks what you would like and then makes something completely different.
