The drive-thru design at this location is absolutely ridiculous, very dumb. Cars waiting block the cars leaving so people just sit forever for absolutely no reason. It’s absurd. Also the cars leaving are apparently supposed to turn back into the parking lot line, which is basically impossible. Find a new location or renovate the parking lot please Sbux. This location is miserable. Edited to add March 2025: Tried again today. By far the worst Starbucks experience in SWFL. This drive thru & parking lot is a nightmare.

Love the coffee as always, ordered my usual croissant and hot caramel macchiato. On a Tuesday afternoon, I was able to use the wifi and have no issues with the Internet speed, considering how many other people were also working. The staff were nice and the customers were also very considerate. Very busy as expected for the afternoon, the barista's customer service was polite nonetheless. Great Starbucks, wish I could make it my regular stop!
The cake pop flavor was unrecognizeable - looked pretty- tasted bad.
I ordered 2 decaf coffees through the Starbucks app. Showed up 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t. Clearly the store didn’t even see the order come through. The barista told me she would have to refund me because they “didn’t sell decaf coffee at this location.” She refunded me but kept the $5 tip I left.
