Ordered a matcha latte and the entire matcha powder was clumped in a big ball. Didn’t seem like they tried to mix it.
I usually don't leave reviews, but I had a very poor experience at Starbucks this morning with the Employee named Brandy. She was the worst !!! Starbucks should really consider hiring her. She is Rude and unkind and likes to belittle people. I will never go back to that Starbucks again. You can even tell her co-workers are over her just by the way they look at her. Starbucks, this is not a person you want representing your company!
The store manager I believe his name is Eric, always makes this store unwelcoming. The baristas are always cheerful and make my drink correctly, so it is a shame that the manager who should be held to a higher standard, is ruining the environment.
