Wooow brah. Hanna and Corrin are the most hardworking and smiley. I really appreciate how they stay warm and welcoming and positive. Super shout out for DELICIOUS drinks and super clean fresh space.
Avoid this location if you care about customer service. I am not sure if they are taking the time to properly train these employees - majority of them are students from UMD campus. And it is clear that they have never had to treat anyone that comes in there with respect or kindness.
Eric is the best! He has the Starbucks College Park running like a well oiled machine. With all the chaos during school time, my orders still come out timely and fresh with a smile. I highly recommend this location. Some people may not like the rules there but they are much needed to keep things flowing and comfortable for everyone. When I’m in that area that’s my spot.
My husband and I frequent at this location and Eric the manager has been pleasant with great customer service and a friendly welcoming environment. Thank you so much Eric for your kindness
