Number one Starbucks in New Mexico
Unprofessional employees during my visit. Wait time on my app said 3-6 minutes. We had a large order so when we pulled up and they weren't busy we anticipated waiting however the way it was communicated was Unprofessional and came off rudely. The individual inside with colored blue hair was even more Unprofessional. Making comments because I didn't say have a good day back was immature. I have given this place the benefit of doubt but they never fail to disappoint. I have visited probably 10 times and 1 time my drink tasted the way it was supposed to. When you pay close to 10$ for a coffee by the time you include tip it should be perfect. Not a chance from this place, maybe they could pull off a black coffee and food is all pre-packaged so they can't screw that up. NEVER NEVER GOING BACK. Thank you for saving me the money.
