Great Starbucks!
I come to this Starbucks quite often and every person there is so nice and welcoming! I know almost everyone by name and they all know me! I ordered ahead and my order was ready when I got there! They also filled up my drinks in venti cups when I ordered grande! Very sweet of them! Also they wrote on every cup and food item and as you can see I ordered a lot! Service speed has improved since first review When you're the only customer it's fine, but add about 5 minutes of wait time for car in the drive through. Lobby is randomly closed half the time and they still can't serve people in the drive thru in a timely fashion
Drive thru is poorly educated on anything on the menu needs step by step help . Manager Talked over me and identified problem . After explaining how it “ could “ be my fault . Bottom line is get staff that explains the menu actually knows coffee. I guess when and if I return my order might be free 🤷🏻♀️ im being nice giving a start Starbucks managers are top notch people and fix the issue promptly
