Absolutely best Starbucks in Covina. I visit quite often when working in the area. I decided to sit at this Starbucks location for the release of the infamous bearista (pink strawberry glasses) last night (10:00pm-4:30am) around 3:35-3:45am the Manager Tina (who’s absolutely AMAZING!!!) arrived with her team. She immediately explained to us how many bearistas were available & that only 2 could be purchased by each customer. She was very professional & extremely polite when addressing us. They have given me the wrong size coffee the last three times. The first two times I didn’t say anything. This time I did and they fixed it but it was not very strong and I had asked for an add shot. I told them I would pay the difference and they said don’t worry about it. Instead I gat a 7 dollar cup of coffee that tasted like sugar water. Needless to say I probably won’t return to this location.

Hot chocolate was good, along with lemon loaf. Only issue is that it tends to take long to get my food.
