Very disappointing experience. I ordered six drinks for my team through the drive-through, and one was made hot instead of iced. When I politely mentioned it, the employee pointed to the receipt and said, “Well, it doesn’t say that.” Another employee added, “You never said that,” before sarcastically saying, “But whatever, we can remake it.” Their attitude made a simple mistake feel like a major inconvenience, so I said to forget it. Fast service
The coffee I ordered tasted bad. When I later returned it the employee was rude to say the least and could not follow instructions if her life depending on it. New Flash: The customer if always right. As an employee you should be able to handle it, otherwise, get a job that doesn't require customer service. I was a corporate trainer for customer service. GET IT RIGHT!
