Unbelievably disrespectful experience!!! I've been Starbucks customer for years, and never experienced such a bad customer service. I ordered a holiday drink to get the red cup today, I arrived at Starbucks and asked if they have the cup. They said yes, we bring it to you in a second. Then another girl came and said your drink is not eligible for that. I showed her in the app that she is wrong and my order is from holiday menu. She refused and asked another coworker.
