Wish I could've came inside and enjoyed the aroma
when they designed this location, they thought to themselves “hey how can we make it as difficult as possible for customers to enter the premises”
I ordered a coffee, but it was spilled on me. When I called to inquire about compensation, the staff member responded with a dismissive attitude, telling me to "go call the police." They even falsely accused me of using profanity to verbally abuse them. I subsequently sent an email to their official website, but it was like casting a stone into the sea—I received absolutely no response.
I visited this location through the drive-through and received an incorrect drink. When I brought it to the employee’s attention, she insisted that the drink was what I ordered instead of offering to remake it. I then called the store to speak with a manager. During that call, I was told I would need to go to another Starbucks location. The manager also stated that a remake had been offered at the window, which is not accurate.
