Great service at the drive- thru. Lady was friendly. Coffee was also amazing!!! I highly recommend it.

I ordered a matcha frappe, wanted less cream base. They refused to change it, this is the first starbucks I've been to that will not allow changes to a drink. Company policy was sited but it seems to just be there policy. Poor customer service and they need to accommodate there customers that may want variation to there drinks. Would use another starbucks!!!!
I don't believe that THE BEST Starbucks employee EVER is at this location now! Suzy is AWESOME and the Titusville Starbucks lost out BIG TIME losing her! I can't even tell you how AWESOME it was to see her here when I walked in today!
