Ordered ahead with two cars ahead of me, by the time I got to the window they said my drink was not ready and wanted my to go back through the drive thru that had cars in the road already! So what was the point of me giving staff 3 extra minutes to make ONE iced drink, for it to say it would be ready in two minutes. Go back through the drive through and wait 20 minutes for my drink. I would give 0 stars if possible. Nina and Lyel have to be the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. Watching them berate the employees in front of customers is not the way to do business. They have no idea what they are doing and they call themselves managers. I would strongly recommend you drive a little further south for real coffee and professionalism.

This location has the rudest workers here especially Amanda she's so disrespectful she deserves to be slapped with how bad her attitude is how do these people still have jobs with how unprofessional they are horrible horrible
