Great staff, very kind.
Vivi was so nice and asked me if my son wanted some whipped cream and I said yes thank you. He loved it and I love the customer service at this location.
This was the worst customer service experience we have had at a Starbucks. The barista was VERY rude and at one point said that she would not make what we wanted. We will never be back to this location. From reading other reviews, it looks like we are not alone and this barista (who does not give her name) is overly rude. Management needs to figure out what they are doing, because this is not a good look.
My family and I recently had a very poor customer service experience at this Starbucks location. The attitude of the barista, Lexi, was rude and unprofessional. While we were explaining our drink orders and the customizations we wanted, she responded in a belittling and condescending manner, even after we explained everything clearly. Our experience was disappointing and I hope the quality of the service drastically improves.
