The manager used to be nice and use my name. Was going through a time and he wasn’t as friendly , questioned my life “it’s going well?” But with a little condescending note added in. And left feeling ugly as hell from the way he questioned but didn’t care and how he looked at me. Got so bad for me I drive 20 extra miles to get coffee. What was that nonsense?! Thanks
I see no reason to be rude or rush your customers I visit this location a lot but this last time the guy that gave me my coffee was not friendly at all seriously I’m just trying to get a coffee and how is that you hire these kind of people that are like this. If you don’t want to be in customer service then don’t just don’t !!!!!:(
