After waiting so longgg, I was told to back off from the pickup counter because one of the associates wanted extra time to re sort orders that had just been dumped on the counter…yet another customer did the same thing moments earlier without being stopped. Disorganized service, inconsistent treatment of customers and little respect for people’s time.
TRENT!!!!! The moment I see his face, I already know it’s about to be a good morning, and a good drink too. He never forgets my ice. Everybody else either forgets it or gives me a hard time about it, but when he’s there, I get everything I need without a problem. Shoutout to him for always making my mornings smooth and starting my day off right!
The customer service is horrible. They don’t clean the tables off and when I asked Alex to please clean the table he walked off and said “Buy something”. I had no issue with purchasing which is why I was there but I was trying to settle in for a meeting. There was no one in line in which it could have been taken care of. When speaking with the store manager he was dismissive as well and I told him he was being dismissive and he said “the table is clean now” Sad I can’t go to the starbucks in my community because Alex and the... read more
