I accidentally ordered to a different place and couldn't get a refund. So I ordered here and just dealt with the consequences. And then they messed up my order completely wrong. I didn't have time so I just had to go. Ruined my lunch and my day. Wouldn't recommend this place.
I've been to a lot of Starbucks and this has to be the worst one ever. Last time I walked in there the baristas were so snobby and rude. This time I did a mobile order for the new Cherry Chai drink X2 and they totally missi my crumble on top. That's like the highlight of the drink. I called and they said oh we must have missed it due to the rush. WORST Starbucks ever I will never go back!
This Starbucks is super consistent at inconsistently messing up my drinks. Not only that every time they mess the order up they explain to me how I ordered it wrong. On the bright side they do fix it but make me feel guilty about their mistake.
