Management obviously specifies tell their staff to only prioritize drive through customers. Waited 10 minutes for an order that was finished but staff wouldn’t put it out in front. Several other guests were also waiting much longer than myself
While the crew is quick and friendly I struggle ordering coffee because they always get my order wrong. I order iced cold brew with cold foam and always end up with an iced white mocha.
I overall have a great experience at the local Canby Starbucks. The staff is consistently friendly and polite, the interior is clean and welcoming, and my drinks are always made correctly. The food options are also surprisingly good for a coffee shop. My only complaints are more general drawbacks with the chain rather than the staff itself. First, the parking lot and drive-thru setup can be very frustrating to navigate, as congestion quickly backs up into main driving lanes during peak hours. Im shocked at how unaccommodating this location was and perhaps the entire company. I had just picked up a medication and stopped in here to grab a cup of water to take my medicine because I was feeling unwell. The cashier asked if I was making a purchase. I sad no i just needed a small cup of water. (I had been a return customer for years at this location) he proceeded to give me a lecture about how they dont give out water unless you make a purchase due to "policy" but ye will get me one anyway.
