I have never had a issue here and the customer service is always great
My wife went through the drive threw and got our drinks. She told the girl that mine was supposed to be a venti and it was a Grande. The girl said with attitude that's what you ordered. Well my wife brought me my drink and I took a sip. Tasted awful. I opened it and it had no chocolate. (I ordered a mocha) So I went back to the Starbucks and this nice young man asked what he could do for me. I said wrong size wrong drink and a bad attitude from the drive up person.
