My wife went through the drive through and got our drinks. She told the girl that mine was supposed to be a venti and it was a Grande. The girl said with attitude that's what you ordered. Well my wife brought me my drink and I took a sip. Tasted awful. I opened it and it had no chocolate. Refused to let me purchase a water, even after I said I was happy to pay whatever for it.
The crew here is solid. So kind when I drive by or come in for an order. Efficient, accurate and engaging. Very happy to have this Starbucks in town.
I pulled into the drive-through this morning and I proceeded to order a coffee, and immediately the lady behind the mic was rude and hard of hearing. I had to repeat my order multiple times and she developed an attitude throughout our 45 second conversation. When I arrived at the window, the attitude became worse, almost like I was an inconvenience. Not pleased with the experience.
Stopped by for a Carmel Frappuccino while on an adventure and it was really good..
