I pulled into the drive-through this morning and I proceeded to order a coffee, and immediately the lady behind the mic was rude and hard of hearing. I had to repeat my order multiple times and she developed an attitude throughout our 45 second conversation. When I arrived at the window, the attitude became worse, almost like I was an inconvenience. Not pleased with the experience.
Stopped by for a Carmel Frappuccino while on an adventure and it was really good..
Everyone here is just absolutely amazing. They’re very attentive, more than any other Starbucks I have been to. They take their time and make things right when applicable. There’s a girl who is always on drive through and I don’t know her name but she is always working so hard. She’s a little shorter and usually wears a white clip in her hair and her hair is brownish with maybe a highlight or two in the front. That’s like the best I can do in describing her. She is amazing. First off, this place earns a 10 star review. They always are sweet and kind. I came in early for my “before work coffee” and I had forgotten my wallet. They were so kind to keep it in their safe until I picked it up. That in itself says a thousand words about this Starbucks and their employees. Always giving 110% no matter the circumstances!! Plus… the coffee is always delicious!!
