Has the slowest service 2025. I wait almost 45min for a drink everyday and there is like no line. Everyone looks pissed

Such a friendly store! The team was working well together, service was quickly received and the atmosphere was energetic and fun! Obviously used as a hub for college kids, there is plenty of seating. Bathrooms were clean. I love the use of the "real" cups and plates for dine in option! The manager seems to really care about her team being well prepared and trained. She also jumped in to help when it got super busy. 10/10 will be back when I'm next in town. BTW, they have the "good ice". IYKYK.
I had it for the first time the other day and it was amazing!
