The outdoor seating is always nice
Always a great coffee at good prices. Consistently good where ever I travel.
I come to this location often because it’s close to my job, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my repeated experiences with one employee, Jen, have been consistently uncomfortable and unprofessional. Last week, I purchased a grilled cheese and sat in the lobby to eat. After I finished, I remained seated and was clearly on my phone. Jen approached me with a broom and told me I “couldn’t sleep in the lobby,” even though I was visibly awake and using my phone.
