I used the mobile app for my order. When I arrived, coffee was ready, but the food I ordered was not available. So, I picked something else, and I had to wait for it to be prepared. Set me back timewise, but I was given gift cards for the trouble. That was very nice. I haven't had that happen in a long time. I wish they could update their websites quicker than what is currently being done. I have had this happen to me before at this location, and they're nice about it, but it's annoying.
