I always look forward to coming to this Starbucks. The staff here truly make this location what it is—welcoming, efficient, and consistently positive. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s not just about the drinks (which are always great), but the experience they create. You can tell they care about their customers, and it makes a real difference. Huge shoutout to the amazing team for making every visit enjoyable!
Emma (black apron) was very rude about my drink order and spoke unkindly about it behind the espresso machine as I was standing right there. She had a very unpleasant attitude. I would have given a very high review because everyone else was so lovely, but Emma made my experience a very poor one.
