Stopped for the new Iced Cherry Chai, which was excellent. Service is as always and very friendly, even as busy as they are. Don't go for drinks here often because I can't justify the cost on a regular basis.
I frequent many Starbucks around the US, for the travel work I do, and this is by far the rudest group of employees i have encountered. Not only do they not have the intellect to listen to a complaint with compassion or empathy, they are also very slow and rude. From one barista flipping cups around, to a girl picking up the same cup and setting it down, to the manager inciting a scene, this place lacks class and professionalism. I pulled through the Starbucks line to order a Caramel drink and two people said “I’m sorry we don’t have caramel drinks here”. So they made a coffee mixed with caramel. After getting up to the window I showed them the picture of the caramel cream cold brew & they’re like “oh we do have that”! The reason for the one star is lacking communication, and the girl working the window at 8:50a on Thurs 3/20/25 was so rude!
