We have been to lottttts of coffee shops and lottttts of Starbucks across Texas and this one was by far the best customer service we have ever experienced. I’m a coffee shop owner myself and I was impressed, along with my 6 year old son. Keep being amazing, it’s very hard to have every employee on shift all giving amazing customer service but yall did it!!! 🫶
We came in around 5:50am on Tuesday 6/30. We did a mobile order. We walked in and were the only ones in the store and we weren’t acknowledged. I thought that was a bit weird just because other Starbucks usually say hi but that wasn’t a huge issue. When we said thank you several times for the drinks and food there was no reply either.
