Ive always enjoyed Starbucks and this location. But I recently did have a bad experience with one of the employees. My gift card wasn't working in the cashier so I sat down to see what was going on. Go to the table and use my laptop instead to order through my gift card and see if I can make it work. A worker comes up to me and tells me so what happened and if I will make a purchase. George had a bad attitude and kept interrupting me like he was annoyed that he had to take my order when there was no line I was nothing but polite. It really ruined my day. :(
Good luck getting your drink in under 20 minutes if you go inside and there's a line at the drive thru. They neglected my order until I went and stood right at the counter. The barista was polite at least and my drink WAS good but you shouldn't have to pressure them to take care of you as opposed to the drive thru customers.
