This location has been lacking customer service lately ( they have new employees). Also, its been 2 times i order online and when I get there its not ready. Drink was fine, but ordered 2 items from bakery and they were both hard ( i know this has nothing to do with employees, but management has to check on that).
I absolutely love this Starbucks! They came through for Cactus Trails Elementary to fuel up our teachers! They’re always fast and friendly when I come here.
I will always be in location, but just today they treated me badly, I even felt it as racism, my first language is Spanish and well I try to communicate in English because I understand that we are in the USA and the lady who attended me did it mockingly and pretending that she did not understand what I was saying to her (when they always understand me, it has never happened to me before that they do not understand me) I know that my English is not perfect because it is not my native language, obviously it will not be perfect... read more
I stopped by this store today and the girl at the window ( can’t remember her name but it said army veteran) was super nice and sweet. Offered pup cup too. Every time I see her at the window she talks to me like she’s known me for years. Love her. This store and the staff are amazing
