I received the wrong order today at 5:28am, and the quality was very poor. I was unable to return due to work and had to discard it. I order a lavender chai latte, and received a chai latte with cold foam! Please advise on a refund or resolution!
Picture this: I’m a longtime coffee wanderer, and Starbucks has always been my oasis. But today, a single penny became the villain of my tale.
