Worst operation ever with 3 staff have no idea of working together and division of labor. Wrong drinks
The floor became became filthy from spills and people leaving crumbs on the ground, which isn't the staff's fault. But the staff have left the spills and crumbs on the ground for hours and not bothered to clean up, even when there has been no one in the store and they're idle behind the counter. I like the store's open layout, though--lots of seating and light.
Thank you to the very patient and bubbly Barista who helped me with my order today! I noticed after I left that she had added a super cute message to my cup too! So sweet, it made my day! 💗
Frustrated by my morning experience. They got my name wrong (despite me spelling it out for them and it's a short name), didn't realize my coffee had been made and was sitting there. Finally decided to look at all the beverages and found a beverage that was what I ordered. They seem to get busy and have trouble keeping up in the morning. I think someone had their order taken as well, bit of a cluster.
Good coffee served in mug if preferred. -Iced coconut ube macchiato Gr 6.45 Subtle coconut and nutty. Not overly sweet, yum! -cold brew with cold foam 6.20 great
