This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever come across! The staff is very friendly and sweet! They make amazing coffee as well! Junny and Michelle are amazing and always make the best coffee!
Great location and great team. I like the cafe only atmosphere. I find the drive thru stores seem crazy. I typically get there late and never have a problem with being “denied “ coffee or closing early. I go almost daily usually just before they close. I definitely question the “truth” of any of these comments that say they were denied coffee or closed early. How does a coffee shop deny coffee! It makes no sense. It shows closed at 8 but it was 7:35 she said already closed . It is possible to change time from here
Staff is very snippy, if they even dare to look you in the eye. At the end of the day, it isn’t the customers fault the prices are the way that they are, but I refuse to put up with staff who make simple interactions difficult, keeping in mind said price.
First time in it took 25 minutes to get two cake pops for my kid. They were very busy so I can respect first in, first out. Just unfortunate that I ordered at the counter and had an associate looking right at the cake pops, but wouldn't just bag them right then. Today though, I again ordered two pops for my kid. Paid in cash and the associate never even offered my change back. I will be fine without the $0.87, but even if it was just a penny it should have been offered back to me.
