Staff definitely needs training. Place was empty (Sunday 7/19/26, 7:30am) I was standing across from the cashier, waiting for my drip coffee to be ready, she takes my coffee all the way to the order pick up area, and two minutes later she looks at me and asks if I need anything, and then tells my coffee is over there 20 ft away, what a joke of a service. SNL skit in a way, I guess that part was funny.

Worst operation ever with 3 staff have no idea of working together and division of labor. Wrong drinks
The floor became became filthy from spills and people leaving crumbs on the ground, which isn't the staff's fault. But the staff have left the spills and crumbs on the ground for hours and not bothered to clean up, even when there has been no one in the store and they're idle behind the counter. I like the store's open layout, though--lots of seating and light.
