bought a pink drink with no strawberries and cold foam and they charged me for cold foam and didn’t add any when i asked nicely for them to add cold foam because i paid ms purple hair decided to tell me it wasn’t on the sticker and that i was wrong but someone else had to step in and remake it. Also ordered a plain pink drink energy with no strawberries and they gave me a plain pink drink with strawberries and continued to charge me for the energy. also took 20 min. awful service and watery drinks/cold foam.
A little slow but the service was good.
i literally watched him pour water in my drink because there was very little lemonade in the one jar but the other jar was full. he literally turned around and looked me dead in the face when he poured water in my drink.
They need to bring back online ordering it took 20 minutes for me to get my drink and I had to tell the man at the counter 3 times what all I wanted in my drink which was peach juice and cold foam and it to be a venti I didn’t get the cold foam when I received my drink and it was rung up as a grande by the time I got them I was already fed up and walked out they had no communication when they got busy and were messing up the orders in front of me as well
This is a nice Starbucks spot, it is located inside of Target in Irwin. Very quick line and greeted with friendly service as well!
