I feel really bad leaving a low review, especially because the people are nice and the building is clean, the service is speedy, but there's an issue with them paying attention to "milk" options when they make drinks. I'm very very lactose intolerant, so I've always had to get a plant milk, for years. I'd say about 1 out of 3 visits, my drink is made using milk even though I order it without cow milk, and it even shows that on the cup ticket.
