This was my first time visiting this place, and as a regular Starbucks customer, I was very disappointed with how we were treated. The café was fully packed when we arrived, and it took us a couple of minutes to find seats as people were leaving. Shortly after we sat down, the manager approached us in a very unfriendly and stern tone, insisting that we “have to order.” I understand that some people may sit for hours without ordering, but as paying customers deserve patience and courtesy, it’s unprofessional to pressure guest... read more
