I consistently get crap service here. Either rude or just flighty, not paying attention. I have contacted Starbucks as it has been so bad at times, but they were all but worthless taking the time to send an email to “apologize” and want to make it eight but requiring me to call them to discuss further. 🤦♀️ Reason 67,976 I will go the few blocks down the road to Caribou. I never write bad reviews, or reviews in general; but after having a constant stream of poor experiences here I have no choice but to. Many of the staff have been rude and unaccommodating, not only to myself; but I have been witness to them upsetting other customers in a similar way (just read the reviews). I've been here 4x in the last month. I got iced mocha and received a hot mocha. I got caramel crunch 2x delicious sugar rush. I went today angiy the caramel crunch. It had no crunch no caffeine it was a light drizzle on ice.
Sign said drive thru open but no one was inside and people were lining up in the drive thru line for a while before realizing no one was coming.
