I guess the posted closing times are just recommendations and the actual closing times are whenever the employees feel like it. Never coming back here again

Horrible experience. Literally the worst I've ever had. I ordered ahead online because I was in a hurry. Always works nicely to do the drive-up. Well, not when you have to sit in line for FIFTEEN MINUTES. That is actually absurd. Why the person who was taking so long wasn't told to pull a head is terrible service and running the store. My ice in my drink was half melted by the time it even got to me. It would have been quicker to park my car in the drive-thru, run inside, and drive over the curb to leave. Horrible service, first off, the person taking my order did not clarify my drink so I assumed she got it right but she did not, then when I went to get my drink they made it wrong, I asked for an iced coffee and they gave me hot and then when they gave me the drink there was no cold foam. Then I asked why there was no cold foam, I had ordered cold foam, they said I needed to go back and pay for it. Why should I pay for it if they already messed up the order twice??!
