I ordered online and was asked to check on my order when I arrived. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff felt a bit unwelcoming. The drink I received was also quite bland — it wasn’t sweet and didn’t really taste like matcha, even though I paid for an extra shot. I hope this was just an off day, and that the quality and service can be improved.

Very disappointed this is a grande? I literally took like 5 sips and it was gone. It's all ice filled to the brim and tasted like WATER literally!! Dunkin' was closed because it's Easter so I went to Starbucks I knew I shouldn't have. Very disappointing and waste of money for a coffee with no flavor.
