Best Starbucks drink I’ve ever had!
The barista displayed a lack of knowledge in customer service. When I placed a simple order for a piece of chocolate pistachio cake, he incorrectly told me I needed to go back to the line to order again, despite the fact that I was already at the counter picking up my first order. Processing this request would have taken him only about a minute, yet he chose to ignore the opportunity to assist efficiently, ultimately risking the loss of my business.
