If you like inconsistency then you’ll love this location. It’s like they change the drink recipes and you never know what you are getting. Chocolate cream cold brew with 1/2 cup of chocolate blended in!?! No standards.
Staff was rude. Stuck up women
How do i put a negative review? The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude when I received service this morning. She was not wearing a name tag nor would answer when I asked what her name was. She had long black hair and a face that looked like she hated her job. It was clear she does hate her job, because she was extremely rude. I pre ordered my order and she told me I would have to wait 5-10 minutes extra when i PRE ordered. Extremely disappointed with my visit. The beverages are not being made correctly. I watched the staff skip using the shaker to measure properly, and they completely left out the green coffee extract from my refresher.
