Tried this Starbucks twice… it’s the worst example of a Starbucks I’ve encountered- demotivated grumpy staff, lame interior, long wait, all in all a terrible experience.
Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My sister and I were in the drive-thru and asked to place two separate orders, but we were told they wouldn’t allow it because they were “so busy.” I completely understand being busy, but the second order would have simply been the next order in line anyway, so I’m not sure how refusing to separate them made much of a difference. Bad service So bad customer service I buy my coffee from Starbucks every single day, so I was really disappointed today when I simply asked for a free cup of ice water and was refused. It’s not about the water—it’s about how loyal customers are treated. On top of that, the employee here was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. After this, I’m seriously considering buying my coffee somewhere else. Very disappointing, Starbucks.
They literally filled up my cup with ice.... I got a brown sugar oatmeal Expresso, Carmel frapp and a small vanilla bean. Um I got a 25 cent cup fee? And my Expresso drink is literally full of ice and took about 7 sips and it's gone.... Spent extra money on extra expresso shots and frapp roast for the frappe and coffee taste water down. Vinallia bean was mostly whipped cream and nothing like a drink. Waste of my money.
