This location has gone downhill over the course of the past few months. I don't know if there's new management or just all new staff, but my order is rarely right. I order the same drink every single day thru the app & every single day I have to wait at the counter and ask for it to be corrected. The baristas refuse to measure ingredients, which always leaves me with a horribly mixed Pink Drink. My drink is made of TWO ingredients- I don't even get ice or strawberry inclusions.. This is a wonderful Starbucks. The baristas are very friendly (they often bring my drink to my table, always greet me, and just seem genuine), the orders are correct and quick, they are welcoming when I come in with my kid(s), it’s spotless…it’s just a great one.
I love Starbucks. I've been to Starbucks all over the world. From Turkey to Australia and I have always got a great latte.
