There's hardly anywhere to drive thru and get decent coffee in this town. When paying with a card, I am just so sick of the window staff telling me "IT'S going to ask you a question". No, they are asking me to tip! The card reader is not asking for the tip nor is "IT" asking for the tip. I would feel differently if my coffee was consistent (it's 50/50 if it's going to taste ok). Also if it did not take forever and I was not asked for the tip BEFORE service. And when I pay cash, window staff do not even hide their facial expr... read more
