Alex and the other employees at this location are very rude and incompetent. Alex was super difficult to deal with.
I have to say as a local Woodstock resident, I frequently visit this Woodstock location and it literally has to be one of the most FRIENDLY sbux! The employees doesn’t matter who is there the employees are always just so friendly and polite, I’ll be honest I dunno if I could do that, that early in the am and I’m sure not every customer is pleasant especially in the early am hours, I know I’m about half awake when I go in to order lol, yet consistently every employee is polite and seems happy to be there.
