Worker was very rude and making fun of customers then she proceeded to make my drink horribly - no espresso, tasted like I was drinking straight syrup, and she put cinnamon on top. My drink does not come with cinnamon and I did NOT ask for it. If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would, this is not the first time they have done me dirty.
My drink was just almond milk and caramel it was supposed to be a macchiato. I didn’t come here to drink almond milk. Thanks for nothing starbucks.
Very disappointing experience. Our drink was handed to us spilled and messy, and when we politely asked for a new cup, the staff gave us attitude instead of apologizing. To make things worse, as we were about to leave, we asked for a Pike Place coffee refill, which is clearly a free refill for regular brewed coffee. The employee first said okay, but once we pulled up, she suddenly said she could not give it to us.
