Came in around 8pm on 09/05 Friday night. The staff was super busy and working hard non-stop. A customer lady came in with her kids who were in there earlier and chewed out Mike in front of everyone. Mike stayed calm and gave his name and his bosses. He looked pretty upset after and helped us get our drink. Not sure what happened, but we saw the employees working hard on a busy night.
Worst Starbucks ever. They could care less about making drinks right and making sure your 10 dollar coffee is good. The employees are rude and entitled. Save your money and time.
