Drive thru took well over 20 minutes. Once we drove away with two different drinks both were watered down, undrinkable disappointments. There is no parking to go back inside to attempt to get the drink remade, correctly and getting back in the drive thru line would be another 20 minutes. For reference one drink was a dirty chai tea latte, no espresso shot tasted and the drink tasted like hot water with a hint of chai flavor. Went right in the garbage at home. Watered down coffee , people are really nice , just bad coffee.
This place always take forever even when ordering ahead. I ordered ahead and there were 3 baristas working, no one in drive thru and like 2 people sitting inside. After arriving to pick up my order still took about 20 min! The girls there are just chit chatting not even trying to get the orders out.
GREAT FOOD GREAT STAFF I GOT MY FOOD FASTT THEY ARE AN AMAZING TEAM THEY MADE SURE TO MAKE MY DRINK WITH EVERYTHING I ORDERED OVERALL 5 STARS WILL COME BACK TOMORROW
I have been coming to this location since they opened. They have an excellent warming staff that knows you by name, remembers your orders, is pleasant, and ensure satisfaction to the highest degree! They always make my items correctly and I truly enjoy them!
