my sister was overworked, overwhelmed, exhausted, and under payed for the job (jobS most days) she was doing. same goes for most of the employees, and her friends. april (manager) is ruthless, cold, and doesn’t care for the safety/wellbeing of her staff. don’t waist your time going to this starbucks, just find a different one. oh- and there was a rat in the back that they didn’t take care of for a week.
Ordered a matcha latte with less sweetener and an extra scoop of matcha ($1) that had less matcha than usual, which was obvious by the color of the drink. Disappointed to be paying extra for the matcha but not actually receiving it.
Don’t know why I keep going back for my half filled grande (never full) and today my sandwich took for ever. Once I got it, it was still cold and chicken was slimy. Now I’m sick to my stomach in less than 3 hours. Vomiting and with the runs. Thanks Starbucks for ruining my first Saturday off in 8 months.
