Staff are always friendly. Sometimes a short wait but overall not bad.
Went in to buy a tea, and Mike was so unpleasant like I was putting him out. Then, as I was waiting for my drink, watched him with the next customer rude, rolling his eyes because the little girl couldn’t make up her mind.
Got my order and asked a barista for a cup of water but got ignored by the person who filled the cup, felt discriminated
