Fantastic service from Aubree/meg. The drive-thru was quick and efficient, my drinks were amazing, and she was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable! ☕️
I went to this location in hopes to get my favorite drink. When I began my order, Tyler the person taking my order. Seemed to not understand any of the simple directions for my 2 drinks. On top of that I got a matcha which is a drink that could be hot or iced. He failed to ask what version I wanted and assumed I wanted it hot which I did not. My other drink was supposed to have EXTRA inclusions and instead I got none at all. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
The dining room seats need to be cleaned but the shelves were stocked.i ordered the orange matcha and grilled cheese. They made my drink and food right but the lady who had come thru the drive thru and then brought in her drink cause it was not made to get standards. They don't get next time to add another shot of espresso, they did not offer to remake the drink to her standards though which i found really odd. I'm from the Seattle area and everytime I have brought the drink in usually cause I ordered it wrong they still off... read more
Went for a cup of ice water and was denied service . The lady stated they just came up with a rule that they can not give out ice water unless you purchase something. I asked if I could pay for the cup itself and she stated no I can not . She can give me a bottle water . I was immediately irritated and suprised . I went down the st to portillos and the man happily gave me a free cup of ice water with extra ice. Mind you...its 89 degrees and sunny. Starbucks in Brookfield...get a grip . Be more human.
