Thankfully short drive thru wait. Most times at this location you’re better off going in. Drive thru is usually slow.
The coffee was hot and had caffine in it.
Worst Starbucks ever been at. 1. Exceptionally rude on entrance and not helpful 2. 16 minutes from order and couldn’t give us a timeframe on order completion. Mobile order done to get food when on the move since from out of town. Left without our $40 order since had to make it ti the soccer fields. 3. No way to get refund. I hate spending money on dumb things like coffee. My children will now learn that my new goal is to not return to any of these awful stores.
I went through the drive thru and asked for a grande , they gave me a tall so i apologized profusely and they took it back with an attitude and proceeded to pour it back in the shaker and add more milk. my drink tastes like pumpkin milk. I offered that i could come in and they could refund me and i could pay for a grande but they didn’t want to. I’ve always had issues with this starbucks and im a foodservice worker myself so i know how it is but how hard is it to just remake it…
