I love the super fast and friendly service they provide. Its always a joy to find a beautiful message on my cup every morning thank you for your aamazing service
You go inside thinking the drive thru lane is too long just to end up waiting even longer as you stand there to see the new employees using their manual to do a single drink at a time. They also run out of cake pops too fast.
Went in and was a paying customer but had to use the restroom before ordering. When I went into the restroom, I noticed no toilet paper / seat covers. Went back out and ordered and told the barista( with zero personality) who didn’t make eye contact , say I’ll be right with you. You know…. what several retail/service workers don’t do anyone.
