Waited over 15 min for our coffee, spoke the the guy who took our order and he mentioned the young lady was by herself. Then 5 min later 2 other girls come out from the back didnt help didn't ask basically didnt care. There was no need for us to wait this long. Drive-thur was not busy and there was no one ahead of us. But then an older couple comes in and they get there drinks. I told the young man it shouldn't take this long. Then the young ladies started to chat amoung themselves.. Love Starbucks and so happy this new one is close to home!
This was my first time at this location. The customer service was ok. I ordered through the drive thru. I ordered a grande cappuccino with three raw sugars. When I received it at the window, I stated that it was a bit light. Turned out that it was half coffee and half foam. When in fact it has always been 3/4 coffee and a quarter foam. I gave three stars because the coffee was hot and delicious. The portion for the size and price was horrible. This location needs to do better. I do not recommend this location.
Manager of this location probably doesn’t care about reviews, but I’m still posting mine . This location SUCKS! The drive-thru takes forever . I was literally waiting 30 mins . Their attitudes suck and they are not friendly at all ! I’m going elsewhere
This is my go to location. I like this location as the baristas are friendly and I have always gotten great service at this location. Imagine my surprise when I got home and instead tasting my hot chocolate I tasted coffee which I can stand. I guess I need to do a quick taste test before leaving.
