I've taken my dog with me to Starbucks for years, and yesterday was going to be the last time. Starbucks came through not only did they make my pup cup special, but they also gave me my order for free. Thank you for putting a smile on my face during a very difficult time.
Arguably one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcome and the cashier was very nice and talkative giving me different suggestions on what I should have. The workers were extraordinary especially the cashier Jazmin! My drink was amaizing as well I got a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and it was one of the best drinks I’ve had! Will be coming again
It’s sad to say this, but employers ruin your day. I go for my matcha in such a good mood and the cashier and the person taking my order in such a bad mood. Fast forward to when I get my order, my cup is messy and I ask the girl for napkins and proceeds to rolling her eyes. Then I open my cheese danish and it’s burnt. They need to do better because thanks to them they ruined my mood.
I frequent Starbucks often, and during my last few visits with my husband, I noticed that we were never prompted to tip when paying by card. I initially assumed the tipping prompt had been removed. However, during a visit today with my brother, the option to tip appeared on the screen. I noticed that when I visited with my husband, the total was significantly higher than when I visited with my brother.
