Four times in a row I've been hollered at by the clerk for getting in the drive-thru line too quickly after placing a mobile order. Note: no way did I indicate that I thought it should already be ready. The young clerk feels it necessary to lecture me. My question to Starbucks is what if I had just ordered my hot chocolate at the drive-thru window? I frequent this Starbucks weekly and the quality the past month or so has declined drastically. Drink orders are taking 10 plus minutes to come out when ordering inside, the staff seem like they do not want to be there, and the cleanliness of the store is lackluster. I was in on the 26th and noticed the napkin dispenser by the door was empty and there was no soap in the bathroom. I came back again today on the 30th, still no napkins, and no soap.
