I go in this Location almost everyday because I'm a dasher every time I get a order from this store I dread going in there the staff is so rude and can't even give you a smile and it take forever to get the Order I understand they get busy and that fine but can you at least be friendly.
Every time I ordered my favorite drinks here, it always messed up! It just don’t taste right at all. I went to the Starbucks in Leestown and they are the best! The way I asked to make it and the taste completely different from what this folks in Georgetown makes it. I would recommend try the Starbucks in Leestown and you get a better coffee and service you are paying for.
This is the WORST starbucks in town. Do not waste your money here especially if you get anything with cold foam. Every time i order a cold brew the “foam” is either non existent or already sinking into the drink because they rush and don't froth it enough. Same goes for matchas, half of my drink should not be froth. What is the deal??? Does no one take pride in their job anymore? If I'm paying 6 or 7 dollars for a “specialty” drink it better look the part.
