Hate Starbucks. Didn't go there
This Starbucks is consistently slow and disorganized. I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order while watching people who ordered after me get their drinks first. It’s clear they’re either short-staffed or poorly managed. This has been a pattern, not a one-time issue. Management needs to seriously address staffing and efficiency—this store is hurting the Starbucks brand.
Ordered my lunch and couldn't eat it. Bread was awful and hardly any ingredients, had to break off the extremly hard non chewable bread. Not worth the price. Was supposed be a tomato and mozzarella on foccacia.
I came into Starbucks and ordered 5 drinks, Emilia was the only one working the front and drive thru. While the 2 boys were just cleaning but noticed the rush. She made over 13 drinks on her own. That is not acceptable and even if you guys did close soon it is only 7 pm and customers should come first.
