Update Feb 2, 2026 Came in begrudgingly and I have to say that I still really hate this renovation. I don't usually do this, but this was such a HORRIBLE revocation, that it deserves zero stars. There's no place for anyone to walk down the aisle when people are standing in the line and sitting down. What GENIUS designed this and what BRILLIANT person approved this? I don’t know who redesigned this location, but they should be fired. They did away with the cafe sitting area which I’ve noticed another location doing as well. It’s cramped, there’s nowhere to form a line and it creates a horrible experience.
Had a lovely experience with the several General and District managers working at the store this morning. Had a much less pleasant experience with the normal employees who were outside yelling about wanting the highest tipped minimum wage in the history of man, and accomplishing nothing productive. As a career service industry employee, if service industry workers wish to be paid so handsomely, they should probably prove their value by not being so menacing to everybody walking into the store they hope to go back to at some ... read more
