Worst Starbucks in Los Angeles. Thank God there's a location in the Vons that knows how to clean cups. They're in the same shopping center. Avoid the location on the corner unless you like greasy tables, cups that got dropped on the ground and then filled with coffee, and employees that ignore their customers
GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. Just look at the amount of 1 star reviews this place has on Yelp as well. Upon reading most of the reviews this location needs a huge attitude adjustment. Asked them to remake my drink bc I dropped my latte right when I got it and they wouldn’t. U would think a massive corporation like Starbucks would be able to remake a $7 latte lol what a joke
This Starbucks on Pass Ave is hands-down one of the best locations I’ve ever visited. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time. My drinks are always made consistently and exactly how I like them, every single visit. The store is spotless inside and out, with a clean and well-organized layout.
