they have a practice of helping people who come to the counter inside over prioritizing the folks whom have placed orders online and allowed them time to prep an order. i just sat in the drive through at the window waiting for tea — which is a teabag and hot water only to be told that they serve people inside the restaurant first. i placed the order via app. ridiculous
Worst experience today. Orders 2 mocha and it took them 20 minutes to take my order.
Arya is so sweet and patient! She is very efficient and bubble! This will be our weekly morning bike date destination!!!! Everyone here is kind and friendly!
They hadn't started my mobile order when I arrived. Then they got my order wrong. The second try was missing ingredients. Awful experience.
