Even though we were confused about a menu item, they still made a custom order for my pregnant wife, we're very grateful.
The app stated the store was open and allowed a mobile order to be placed. The staff at the store were rude and refused to make the order prior to the store opening even though it was in less than ten minutes. They also said they could not cancel the order and could not be of assistance. Terrible customer service. I work in the industry and would have handled the situation much differently.
I was attempting to get a coffee, it was clean and room enough for a wheelchair unlike a lot of places, but then I was left to sit at the counter while the 2 people working one of which just walked past me, never even looking my direction. Then they simply conversed for 5 or so minutes instead bothering themselves with taking my order.
