I was honestly so blown away by the wonderful service I received today at this location. In all of my experiences with Starbucks I have never felt so compelled to write a review until today. It was a busy morning rush and the employees were very focused, yet still smiling and talking with customers. This location has amazing staff!! ⭐️☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience at Starbucks I decided to try the new Protein Caramel Latte, and honestly—it was absolutely disgusting 🤢. I’m not sure if it was made incorrectly or if that’s how it’s supposed to be, but the texture was extremely thick and heavy. It wasn’t liquid at all. It looked like spoiled milk mixed with coffee 🤮. Even though we were confused about a menu item, they still made a custom order for my pregnant wife, we're very grateful.
The app stated the store was open and allowed a mobile order to be placed. The staff at the store were rude and refused to make the order prior to the store opening even though it was in less than ten minutes. They also said they could not cancel the order and could not be of assistance. Terrible customer service. I work in the industry and would have handled the situation much differently.
