I have always loved Starbucks, but this location has terrible customer service and the baristas mess up my coffee more often than not. They allow you to order a drink knowing they don’t have all the ingredients to fulfil the drink. Today I ordered a triple blonde espresso iced in a grande cup with oat milk and they put it in a tall cup when I asked them to fix it they just dumped the drink in a tall cup and handed it to me. I was honestly so blown away by the wonderful service I received today at this location. In all of my experiences with Starbucks I have never felt so compelled to write a review until today. It was a busy morning rush and the employees were very focused, yet still smiling and talking with customers. This location has amazing staff!! ⭐️☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience at Starbucks I decided to try the new Protein Caramel Latte, and honestly—it was absolutely disgusting 🤢. I’m not sure if it was made incorrectly or if that’s how it’s supposed to be, but the texture was extremely thick and heavy. It wasn’t liquid at all. It looked like spoiled milk mixed with coffee 🤮.
