Went here for WiFi, which I was needing desperately. Got a code for myself and my friend, standard enough, Starbucks coffee. But my goodness was the Wi-Fi slow. Had to log in, do all the steps and it was at a snails pace. Connected to hotspot instead and got 3x faster speed. Also tables here were not ment for client meetings or anything around laptop usage and presentation. All tables and chairs were too small and cramped, left very shortly after we arrived and went to the library.
I usually mobile order at this Starbucks once a week for my daughter and I. Usually I have no bad experiences however, I usually don’t feel welcome and I feel like they prioritize there conversations with each other more than with customers. Today I had mobile ordered and waited more than 10 minutes for a butter croissant. I get it, they were backed up on food but they mainly prioritized the drive through. "Restrooms are for customers only" - Bathroom gate keeping barista taking her job too seriously as I needed to use it prior to ordering. Well, consider service refused for my entire company who uses this establishment daily as we will not be patronizing Starbucks any longer. You're just a barista, you don't get paid commission on who orders first before using the restroom. Trying to take control over every aspect you can since everything in your job is dictated for you.
