Should be ZERO STARS!!! My wife bought a drink at a Starbucks and about 30 minutes later she needed to use the bathroom and decided to go inside of a Starbucks. However, the manager (female with a nose ring) of the Starbucks would not give her the code to the bathroom unless she bought ANOTHER drink. She still had the drink she had just bought in her hand and tried to explain it to the manager, but the manager refused to give the code. It was INSANE! Was that the canyon Street Starbucks the guy working today very personable was walking to tables making sure everybody was okay. Don't know the guy's name but definitely knows the meaning of customer service
