I had a rough experience in the drive-thru today and it’s clear the team was having a tough shift. We waited a long time for someone to take our order, with multiple employees checking in and promising help was coming. When we reached the window, the cashier didn’t have our order and we had to give it again. One of our drinks came out completely wrong (a grande soy caramel macchiato instead of a tall almond milk caramel macchiato with an extra shot). Does this look like no whip to YOU?!
Whichever female employee was working the drive thru window on 4/9/26 at 10:56am was INCREDIBLY rude. Was rude at the speaker, basically shoved my coffee and food at me and then slammed the window shut and didn't even say bye or anything. Great customer service starbucks.
Coffee from the new automated coffee machines is crap! I miss the drip coffee machines - coffee was so good.
